Dr. Anne Coulon-Rana has taught at the Faculty of Law, Thammasat University, since 2015. She holds a PhD from the University of Limerick, Ireland and the Faculty of Law of Nice-Sophia Antipolis University, France. Representing a prominent French law firm, she has practiced in India as a solicitor for several years, handling complex cross border transactions for French and Indian companies. She also served the French Embassy in India as a Trade advisor and a legal counsel for the Consulate. Anne also taught in Ireland, India and Thailand and worked in NGOs and with EU projects before joining Thammasat.
Anne’s teaching and research interests focus on international business transactions, commercial contract law, and alternative dispute resolution.
